Graduated Compression Stockings to help promote venous blood flow
These Stockings are BRAND NEW & SEALED in original packets,supplied in pairs, with illustrated instructions for fitting.
All sizes are white. They have an inspection hole under the foot. This is important for daily checking of toes and feet for sensation, circulation & movement. When wearing, the toes should not be pushed through the open section - it should be positioned just under the ball of the foot.
They have long expiry dates: 2028-08-23

Size 1) Widest part of Thigh 2) Widest part of Calf 3) Top of Leg to Floor
Large, Regular H (Ref 3728LF) <25" (63.5 cm) 15 - 17.5" (38 - 44.5 cm) 29 - 33" (74 - 84 cm)

1) First measure circumference of thigh at the widest point

2) Then measure circumference of calf at the widest point, then

3) from the top of the leg (just below bum) to the floor

and refer to the table above to determine size required

Precautions

  • Covidien TED Stockings must be used under the direction of a healthcare professional

  • Do not turn over or roll down stocking tops

  • Discard and replace with a new pair if soiled with bodily fluids

Contraindications These stockings are not suitable for patients with:

  • arterial disease or arterial insufficiency;

  • gangrenous conditions;

  • vascular disease resulting from congestive heart conditions;

  • pulmonary oedema or massive oedema of the legs
