Delivery

Unless otherwise stated or separately agreed with the customer, all UK orders are posted FREE by Royal Mail 1st Class. Orders with a total value over £25 will normally be upgraded to 1st Class Signed For, at no additional cost, for extra security & peace of mind.

For items needed urgently we also have Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed 1pm available (UK only) for an extra charge (currently £6.75).

PLEASE NOTE: We have made some important changes to our postage options (19/02/2025).

Due to increased regulation, particularly with posting products to the EU, and the resulting complication and workload involved, we have reluctantly come to the decision to cease posting to the EU and the Rest of the World.

Recent implementation of the General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) in the EU, as well as other legislation and regulation, have made it impractical for us to continue to service these markets.

With immediate effect, we can no longer accept orders from anywhere other than the UK.

Unfortunately, due to the Northern Ireland Protocol, this currently also means that we are unable to supply customers in Northern Ireland.

If customers from the excluded territories inadvertently place orders with us we will cancel and refund, with an apology.

We regret having to make this decision and apologise for any inconvenience it may cause but, as a small family business we have to take steps to reduce our workload and sustain our profitability.

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 3pm the same day (Monday to Friday). At least 95% of orders are dispatched within 1 working day.

At Checkout you can choose between two secure payment methods, Stripe or PayPal - either is equally safe & secure - it's your preference.
